John Hartman is Chief Executive Officer of Tattarang and acting Chief Executive Officer of Minderoo Foundation.
John manages one of Australia’s largest and most diverse private investment groups with more than $30bn of assets under management across a diverse range of sectors including agrifood, energy, resources, property and healthtech.
He holds a number of board positions, including the Chairman of Squadron Energy and R.M. Williams and is a Non-Executive Director of Sun Cable – one of the world’s largest renewable energy projects.
John drives impact investment strategies that generate growth for ethical commercial ventures and deliver strong commercial returns. This includes the managing of Minderoo Foundation’s corpus, which has more than $2.5bn of funds under management.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of Sydney.
Mr Delaney has spent many decades as a Chief Executive Officer and as an Independent Director of various public companies. His span of experience includes: nickel and cobalt mining and production at Sherritt International Corporation; coal mining, fertilizer manufacturing and distribution, materials technology and steel manufacturing at Co-Steel International; forest products at MacMillan Bloedel Inc.; and oil and gas production at Cenovus Energy Inc.
Mr Delaney is currently the Executive Chair of The Westaim Corporation, a public financial and insurance company.
Ms. Veenman has more than 25 years of mining industry experience, both as a public company Director and as a senior executive. She currently serves as a Director of Royal Gold Inc., NexGen Energy Ltd. and Major Drilling Group International Inc. Ms Veenman was formerly a director of Noront Resources Ltd. from August 2015 to February 2020 and was a special advisor to the Noront Board from February 2020 until it was acquired by Wyloo Metals in April 2022. Previously, she was General Counsel and member of the executive leadership team at Barrick Gold Corporation, a large international gold mining company. In that capacity, she was responsible for the management of legal affairs, and was extensively engaged in the company’s mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as a wide range of operational, regulatory, political and social aspects of the business.
Ms. Veenman holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and has obtained the Institute of Corporate Directors, Director (ICD.D) designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Ms. St-Germain is currently a Director of Ascot Resources Ltd., Osisko Mining Inc. and the Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia, as well as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Integra Resources Corp. She is an experienced mining finance executive with an extensive background in banking, mining finance and financial management.
She began her career in investment banking for Dundee Capital Markets Inc. As an investment banker, Ms. St-Germain worked exclusively with mining companies on M&A advisory and financing. In 2013, Ms. St-Germain joined Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. as CFO. During her tenure at Golden Queen, she played an instrumental role in securing project finance and overseeing Golden Queen as it transitioned from development and construction to commercial production. She joined Integra Gold as CFO in early 2017 and helped oversee the sale to Eldorado Gold Corporation in July 2017 for C$590 million.
Ms. St-Germain received her Institute of Corporate Directors, Director (ICD.D) designation from the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program in 2021.
Mr. Harvey has more than 35 years of experience in the resources sectors in Australia, Africa and the Americas. He held group executive roles over six years as a foundation member of the leadership team at South32, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. During his 28 years with BHP, his roles included President Nickel West, President Ekati Diamonds and Vice President roles across strategy, planning, growth and improvement at Olympic Dam. Mr Harvey’s deep operational and project development experience includes accountability for the world’s largest global manganese business, base metals operations in Australia and South America, large underground coal for steel operations and all technical and project functions.
Mr Harvey holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the Western Australian School of Mines, is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, graduate of the Kellogg Executive Development Program and graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alan Coutts is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of domestic and international mining experience across a range of commodities. He is the former President and CEO of Toronto-based Noront Resources, which was sold to Wyloo Metals in 2022. Alan was Managing Director for Australasia with Xstrata Nickel based in Perth, Australia, and prior to that he was General Manager at Noranda’s Brunswick Mine in Canada. Alan also served in a variety of roles at Falconbridge, including General Manager, Chief Geologist and Regional Exploration Manager.
Alan graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Alberta and holds a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) designation in the province of Ontario.
Mr. Gilman is a mining engineer with more than 30 years of experience as a deal maker in the metals and mining sectors. He was a founder of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) Global Mining Team in Toronto in 1988 and subsequently led teams in Australia and Hong Kong. During his time with CIBC, Mr. Gilman was responsible for some of the largest equity capital markets financings in Canadian mining history. He has acted as advisor to mining companies across the world including BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Noranda, Falconbridge, Sumitomo Corp., China Minmetals, Jinchuan and Zijin.
From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Gilman led CEF Holdings Ltd., a global mining investment company.In 2019, he became Founder, Chairman and CEO of Queen’s Road Capital. Mr. Gilman serves as a Director for NexGen Energy Ltd., Los Andes Copper Limited and Gold Royalty Corp.
Mr. Gilman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering at Queen’s University and his MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Western University and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of Laurentian University.
